# Noteflow App Redesign - Q4 2026
## 1. Executive Summary
The goal of this redesign is to modernize the Noteflow dashboard, improving user engagement and streamlining access to core features like Tasks, Documents, and Folders. We aim to move from a cluttered interface to a clean, minimalist, and highly responsive design.

## 2. Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
*   **Objective 1:** Improve user retention by 15%.
    *   *KR 1:* Increase Daily Active Users (DAU) to 50,000.
    *   *KR 2:* Reduce bounce rate on the main dashboard by 20%.
*   **Objective 2:** Enhance workflow efficiency.
    *   *KR 1:* Decrease time-to-create a new document by 30%.
    *   *KR 2:* Increase feature adoption of the Kanban board by 40%.

## 3. Scope
**In Scope:**
*   Global navigation (Header & Sidebar) overhaul.
*   Main Dashboard UI (Kanban, Summary widgets).
*   Document Editor UI refresh.
*   Mobile responsive layouts for all core pages.

**Out of Scope:**
*   Backend API restructuring.
*   New authentication providers (Current ones remain).
*   Mobile native app development (Focus is on responsive web).

## 4. User Stories
1.  **As a Project Manager**, I want to see a holistic view of all active programs and their progress on the dashboard, so I can quickly identify bottlenecks.
2.  **As a Designer**, I want a clean, distraction-free document editor that supports modern formatting, so I can write specs easily.
3.  **As a Team Member**, I want real-time activity feeds, so I know when my colleagues comment on my files.
